Our Process

We create an intimate group of up to 15 employees per cohort.

Participants begin with “30 days to a new you journal” workbook

We meet once per week for 30 days.

Safe Space begins in the mind.
Predict on-the-job success, by learning all about you! What are you naturally wired to do? What drives you to be your best self? What motivates you on a daily basis? Having self-awareness is key and will allow you to show up with confidence knowing this is who you are and being ok with this part of yourself won't change.
